Chicago-based, Virtual-Agent Services will be working with iHotelier to run the contact center operations. The Colony has been using iHotelier’s Web reservation services for almost a year. Their decision to start using iHotelier for voice and GDS will allow them to have single image inventory management for all distribution needs.
