Virtual-Agent Services and iHotelier Partner to Provide Seamless Customer Service and Booking for Hotel Royal Plaza

Schaumburg, IL (March 18, 2003) – Virtual-Agent Services, a high quality provider of contact center services and winner of a ContactCenterWorld.com Members’ Choice Award for Best Outsourcing Services, will provide voice services and live agent customer assistance for Hotel Royal Plaza, an Official Walt Disney World Resort.  Houston-based iHotelier will be working with Virtual-Agent Services (VAS) to direct the call center interface.  This project is one of many hotel industry collaborations between iHotelier and VAS.

VAS’ award winning contact center capabilities will support iHotelier’s OneScreen online booking interface. “iHotelier gives clients, including Hotel Royal Plaza, an interface that integrates the hotel PMS with all existing sales distribution channels,” said Drew Rosser, iHotelier’s Director of Sales.  “Our goal is to give our clients the very best in every aspect of hotel representation.
