Virtual-Agent Services Announces Ninth Contact Center Location

SCHAUMBURG, IL (May 11, 2004) - 

Virtual-Agent Services (VAS), an award winning inbound voice solutions provider, has established its ninth Canada-based contact center in Chipman, New Brunswick.

 

VAS' operates its centers utilizing the Distributed Workforce Concept, which focuses on community contact centers. The concept reverses the traditional contact center consolidation model by locating 50-100 seat facilities in areas with untargeted, high quality, work-ready labor markets and networking them together with a common telephone system. This allows the strategically located centers to operate as one large virtual center awarding them single office economies of scale. This creates a wonderful opportunity to bring work to skilled local people while assuring VAS' clients that they are receiving top quality service from experienced employees. The Chipman center plans to bring as many as sixty jobs to the area.
