Virtual-Agent Services Opens 15th North American Location

 

March 27, 2006 (SCHAUMBURG, IL) – Virtual-Agent Services, high quality customer care service provider, announced today that The Village of Hillsborough, New Brunswick, Canada is the community chosen for the site of the company’s newest contact center.  The center will provide 40 to 50 jobs for local residents within its first year of operation.

 

Including its Chicago suburbs headquarters and Moncton, NB field operations office, VAS has now officially opened fifteen centers throughout North America. With contact centers located in Hillsborough, Néguac, St. George, St. Andrews, Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Minto, Doaktown, Petitcodiac, Norton, Chipman, Rogersville, and two in Sussex, New Brunswick, VAS has become a leading provider in the customer care industry.  In addition to North America, VAS has expanded its operation to include a contact center location in Milan, Italy.

VAS’ Distributed Workforce Concept allows the company to network together a series of fully functional transaction centers using an advanced technical infrastructure.
