UK Based Admiral Group plc Selects Virtual-Agent Services as Exclusive Provider of Contact Center Services in Canada

 

SCHAUMBURG, IL (June 6, 2006) – Virtual-Agent Services (VAS) announced today that it has been selected by Admiral Group plc to be the exclusive contact center service provider for service related calls to its Canadian operation.

 

Admiral Group is a leading company in the UK private car insurance market.  The company targets the high premium customers, such as city-dwellers and young drivers in addition to drivers with performance and luxury vehicles. Admiral was a pioneer in the UK by launching the first wholly online car insurance service.
