SCHAUMBURG, IL (August 23, 2007) – Virtual-Agent Services, leading provider of inbound contact center solutions, has earnded a place on Inc. Magazine’s 2007 Inc. 5,000 list. The index lists the 5,000 fastest-growing privately held companies in the U.S. In 2004, Virtual-Agent Services was named to Inc. Magazine’s Inc. 500 list.  Virtual-Agent Services (VAS) was founded in 1999 with 35 employees and one contact center. Today, the company operates with a staff of over 1,400 team members.

 

VAS utilizes a unique contact center model called the Distributed Workforce Concept, which allows VAS to locate small centers in rural communities and network them together into one "virtual" center.
