Virtual-Agent Services Chosen as Highly Commended Award Winner

The Contact Center World Awards, unlike any other awards program, recognizes the Best of the Best around the world through three regional finals.

 

The VAS recipients of this highly commended award include Sue MacDonald of Norton for Best Agent, Contact Center Manager Barb Daley of Sussex for Best Supervisor, and the entire VAS organization for Community Spirit.
