US Award - Best Outsourcing Services
The Members' Choice Awards are the contact center industry's first and only independent awards program where end users vote for their favorite solution providers on a national, regional and global basis. There are no judges and no panels. Each award is based on the quality of all votes received. Presented in February 2003, the awards consisted of 65 companies in 20 different categories and acquired over 1,200 votes from online members.
