Virtual-Agent Services has been chosen as a highly commended award winner in three different categories for the 2nd Annual Contact Center World Awards Best of the Best in Americas. The Contact Center World Awards, unlike any other awards program, recognizes the Best of the Best around the world through three regional finals.

 

The VAS recipients of this highly commended award include Sue MacDonald of Norton for Best Agent, Contact Center Manager Barb Daley of Sussex for Best Supervisor, and the entire VAS organization for Community Spirit.

 

The 2nd Annual Contact Center World Awards & Conferences are supported by leading industry associations around the world. VAS will be recognized at the June conference and gala dinner in Orlando, Florida.

 

In the 2006 Contact Center World Best in the World Awards, VAS was recognized with the silver honor for Best Technology Innovation. Neri Basque, Executive Vice President of IT and Strategic Development for Virtual-Agent Services, accepted the award in Las Vegas on behalf of the company.
