Schaumburg, IL (January 15, 2008) – Virtual-Agent Services (VAS), an Illinois-based provider of contact center solutions, has spent part of the holiday season spreading good-will within their local communities. During this past holiday season many of VAS’ 21 centers took time to spread holiday cheer.
In
Jodi Simpson, the Stanley POD Manager said, “We are a small POD with only about 30 agents. I am very proud of everyone for the generosity shown in situations like this.”
The Sussex POD supported a local family, as well, by supplying a single mother of 3 small children with a monetary donation, gifts and groceries. Meanwhile, the Hillsborough POD collected over $250.00 for the Christmas Daddies charity. In Norton, more than $500.00 in gifts and provisions, as well as a turkey with all the fixings for a Christmas dinner were donated to a needy family by the agents. The Petitcodiac POD thought about both our fellow man and our furry friends this season. Not only were over 8 boxes of food donated to the local food bank, but animal food, blankets, leashes and more were given to the Moncton S.P.C.A to help even the area’s pets and creatures have an enjoyable holiday.
