VAS was founded in 1999 by an experienced group of contact center and e-commerce professionals who saw a need for a provider of high quality customer care at an affordable price.

Robert Camastro, Ray Cohen and Richard Gray, founders of VAS, offer an average of over 30 years experience within the customer care, e-commerce, and travel industries.  VAS introduced the Distributed Workforce Concept to the customer care industry, which has proven to be a huge success for both the company and its clients.
