Evan Blanco is the President of Virtual-Agent Services. Having joined our organization in January of 2004, Mr. Blanco brought with him an extensive background in managing high technology, high-growth businesses. His VAS responsibilities cover the areas of operations, financial management, human resources, sales, and strategic planning.
Evan is a graduate of the United StatesMilitaryAcademy, West Point, with a B.S. in General Engineering and served with the Army on active duty for over 8 years at various locations world-wide. Evan came to VAS from Conference Plus where he was Vice President of Operations, Customer Service, & Strategic Projects. During that time, he led the growth of the organization from revenues of $5M to over $45M and from 65 to over 400 employees at multiple and global locations. Known for his leadership, quality, and customer satisfaction ability, Mr. Blanco's reputation as a developer of individuals and teams is exemplary of his dedication and understanding of the successful meshing of corporate objectives and the personal growth goals of each employee. In addition to the above, Evan brings to VAS more than 20 years of industry experience including Sales with Johnson & Johnson, and as Project Manager with the National Aeronautics & Space Administration. Evan received a Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the Fenn College of Engineering at ClevelandStateUniversity.
