Robert Campbell is the Director of Operations for Virtual-Agent Services and is headquartered in Moncton, New Brunswick. Robert joined Virtual-Agent Services in 1999 with over 10 years of experience in Hotel and Facility Management. Robert is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Operations Control Center including workload balancing, staff scheduling, call routing, service level management, performance reporting, and cost management. Robert has over five years of contact center experience and has diplomas in both Hotel Management and Quality Assurance.
